Why Voiser Live
The traditional way, or Voiser Live?
The result is the same: everyone hears the talk in their own language. The difference is how you get there.

| Attendees | Collect a receiver and headset at the door, return them at the end | Scan the QR code with their own phone; no app to install |
| Adding a language | A separate interpreter team and booth for every language | Pick it from the list: up to 5 per room, from a catalog of 77 |

| After the event | Recording and transcript are prepared separately | Transcript, summaries and an event booklet are ready |
How it works
Open a room instead of building a booth
No hardware, no setup crew. You open the room online, the speaker talks as usual, and attendees listen on their own phones.
In the field
Real events, real venues
The QR code on the stage screen and the live translation on an attendee's phone. These images come from actual deployments.

What you get
In the room, and after the event
More than a broadcast link: a console that keeps the broadcast running, slides on stage, and a transcript ready when the event ends.
Listen or read
Attendees listen to the translation through earphones or read the captions. Text can be enlarged and the screen can go full-screen.
One screen for the broadcast
The console shows every language's status and the live transcript in one place. If one language runs into trouble, it recovers on its own or switches to the backup line; the other languages are not affected.
Slides on stage
Upload the deck and put it on the stage screen; the speaker advances the slides from their own phone.
After the event
The full transcript downloads as a PDF; summaries and an event booklet are prepared from the recording.
Languages
Attendees pick their own language
When you open a room you choose up to 5 target languages from the catalog; each attendee picks theirs and listens to or reads the translation in it.

What your procurement team will ask
The points to settle before a contract. Every answer is written in our privacy policy.
Where is the data stored?
Account, event and transcript data sit on servers in the European Union. While a translation is being produced, speech may be processed outside the EU for that purpose only.
Is the audio recorded?
No. Audio is processed in the moment to produce the translation and is not stored; what remains is the speech converted to text.
How long is the transcript kept?
12 months by default. When the period ends, the transcript and every file produced from it are actually deleted.
Is our content used to train AI?
We do not use your speech content to train general-purpose AI models. We do not process your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who can access it?
Only the people you invite to your workspace, as far as their role allows. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who is responsible under KVKK and GDPR?
The organising institution is the controller for event content; we process it on their behalf and under their instructions. We are the controller for account data.
FAQ
Questions you might have
Do attendees need to install an app?
No. Attendees scan the room's QR code or enter its code; listening opens in the phone's browser.
Which languages does it translate into?
The catalogue has 77 languages. A room broadcasts in up to five target languages at once, and each attendee picks their own from those.
How far behind is the translation?
The first translation arrives in 3.3–3.7 seconds. After that, the translation follows the speaker a few seconds behind.
How many people can listen?
Packages are for 100, 300 or 600 listeners per room. We measured 1,008 listeners in a single room; we plan larger events together.
Who does the translation?
AI does it while the talk is happening. No interpreter, booth or receiver is needed in the room.
How do I judge translation quality?
We have not had quality measured independently. The best measure is your own content: try it in the free trial with your own talk and your own terminology. For sessions where not a single term may come out wrong, we recommend a human interpreter.
Is the translation example on this page real?
The hall at the top of the page is a model, and the screens in the "How it works" video are the product itself. In both, the translated sentences were translated by hand. The best way to see the real translation is the free trial: your own speaker, your own languages.
Is the talk kept on record?
The transcript is kept for 12 months and deleted at the end of that period. During that time you can download it as a PDF from the dashboard.
How do I pay?
You build your package in the dashboard and pay by card or bank transfer. For enterprise events we prepare a quote.
Enterprise
A congress, a summit, or an event with many rooms?
For multiple rooms, thousands of attendees or an organisation that works under contract, we plan the broadcast together.
- Large broadcasts are planned ahead: capacity for the rooms in your programme is ready before the event starts.
- Quotes are based on rooms, languages and attendees; you can pay by bank transfer.
- We reply within one business day.
At your next event, everyone listens in their own language
